Campaign Manager

Maxwell Alejandro Frost for Congress (FL-10) is searching for a Campaign Manager to lead our year-round campaign and political efforts. This role invites an innovative thinker who can devise and implement strategies for organizing, fundraising, and political engagement. You'll work closely with the candidate to set campaign priorities and manage a team of staff and volunteers.

The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders, elected officials, and grassroots organizations. We're looking for someone with a keen strategic mind and a talent for creativity who can innovate new ways to engage and motivate our community. This fast-paced and collaborative role requires ocassional travel. The position is based in Orlando, FL, with the benefit of a hybrid workplace model to support operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Manage the campaign and political operation of Frost for Congress

  • Serve as the point of contact for the campaign, coordinating with campaigns, elected officials, and stakeholders,

  • Manage campaign relationships with organizations, Unions, stakeholders, and electeds.

  • Oversee endorsement processes and candidate support operation

  • Support the candidate at events across Central Florida and nationwide.

  • Manage staff and campaign budget.

  • Hire and manage all campaign vendors

  • Collaborate with the Field Director on organizing programs

  • Help handle press communications and relationships

  • Conduct polling and research projects, along with other duties to assist the candidate in re-election and year-round efforts.

Qualifications:

  •  Multiple cycles of campaign or equivalent experience with a political, organizing, electoral, or issue organization;

  • Track record of building and managing relationships among diverse stakeholders, and organizing individuals and communities around a common goal;

  • Must be creative, strategic, collaborative, and organized, with keen attention to detail;

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;

  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and discretion in a

    fast-paced environment;

  • Have a commitment to equity, progressive values, and lead with love.

Compensation: $8,500-$9,500/monthly, commensurate with experience + benefits
